We just wanted to say how happy we were with the service we got from you and the entire MJ's staff while purchasing all the appliances (Refrigerator, Oven, Cooktop, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer and Dryer) for our new house. We knew this was going to be a very large purchase and appreciate the time you took to walk us through the different options and models. It was very comforting to know that we were being educated on the differences in the various models and that allowed us to manage our appliance spend appropriately.
I must admit that we did have to do our due diligence so we looked at some of the local competition. We visited one of your competitors who actually showed us appliances on the internet while we looked over his shoulder. Another had so little knowledge about the products that we felt we knew more than them after spending the time with you. During this time we realized that your knowledge of the products and actually having them on-site was a huge benefit to us in making our purchases. We also found that your prices were as good and in most cases better than your competition. Finally, you were able to walk us through the rebates and what was required to obtain these. This was something completely foreign to the other retailers we visited.
In closing, we just wanted to thank you and the entire MJ's staff for helping us make intelligent decisions on our appliance purchases and let you know how truly wonderful our experience was.
